Reservations may be cancelled free of charge up to 7 days prior to arrival, except for nonrefundable rates, which do not allow cancellations or modifications. In the event of a cancellation within 7 days prior to arrival or no-show, the hotel will charge the full amount of the reservation to the customer’s credit card.

A credit card is required to guarantee all reservations.

9.- PETS

Article 1905 of our Civil Code establishes the following: “The possessor of an animal, or the one who uses it, is LIABLE for the damages it causes, even if it escapes or gets lost. This responsibility will only cease in the case that the damage comes from force majeure or fault of the one who has suffered it”.

HOTEL RINCÓN DE NAVARRETE is not responsible for damages that may be caused by pets staying at the hotel. In case of personal, material or even patrimonial damages in the facilities of the hotel, the person responsible for the animal will have to repair the damage.
